The Invoice Footer Format setting allows you to control the account information displayed at the bottom of an invoice.
The available options range from a simple invoice total amount to more detailed account information.
Each format option is described below.
Only the invoice total amount will be displayed.
The total amount of the invoice will be displayed along with a summary of account activity. The current trust balance, if applicable, will also be displayed.
The total amount of the invoice will be displayed along with individual payments applied since the prior invoice. Detailed trust account activity, if applicable, will also be displayed.
