Time59 Trust Accounting is easy to use...
When you receive a trust deposit from a client you enter it through the Payment Entry form with the
payment type of "Trust Deposit". The deposit will automatically show up in the trust account reports.
When you create an invoice for a client, and trust funds are available for that client, Time59 will ask
you if you want to apply funds to the invoice you are creating. If you say yes then the funds are
applied. All report details and balances are instantly updated.
